DattoCon23: Seceon Unveils New XDR Platform>
MSSP Alert – Dan Kobialka
Seceon, a cybersecurity company, has unveiled its latest offering called aiXDR-PMax.
The platform is specifically designed for Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) who are looking to provide advanced security services to their clients.
What sets aiXDR-PMax apart is its ability to provide comprehensive protection, detection, and automatic remediation.
During the Kaseya DattaCon23 conference held in Miami, Florida, Seceon introduced aiXDR-PMax, showcasing its capabilities to industry professionals in attendance.
This platform aims to generate security alerts, automatically apply an organization’s security policies, and effectively eliminate or contain any identified threats.
Some key features of aiXDR-PMax include robust data control and protection, file integrity monitoring, and continuous security posture monitoring.
By integrating aiXDR-PMax into their existing endpoint detection and response (EDR) and endpoint protection platform (EPP) stack, Seceon’s MSSP and MSP partners can enhance their security offerings significantly.
On the other hand, they also have the option to deploy the platform using Seceon’s EDR and EPP agents, which utilize state-of-the-art technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, and threat models.
These cutting-edge technologies help MSSPs and MSPs gain in-depth insights into the assets, applications, and user behavior of their customers, empowering them to identify and counteract potential exploits effectively.
Seceon’s acquisition of Helixera, a big data analytics company, further expands the capabilities of its security offerings.
With this strategic move, Seceon’s customers gain access to Helixera’s Pattern Scanning Engine, allowing them to analyze their data with greater precision and insight.
Additionally, Seceon has appointed Waldek Mikolajczyk, the founder of Helixera, as their Vice President of Cybersecurity Solutions Architecture, bringing his expertise and experience to enhance the company’s leadership team.
To strengthen its presence in the market and foster strategic partnerships, Seceon has recently made notable additions to its leadership team.
The company welcomed Amy Luby, a seasoned IT channel veteran, as its Vice President of Ecosystem and Channel Chief.
Prior to that, in June 2023, Seceon appointed Peter Christou, another channel expert, as its Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Sales.
These key hires demonstrate Seceon’s commitment to building a strong ecosystem and expanding its reach in the cybersecurity industry.
