Cloud content management company, Box, and cybersecurity firm, CrowdStrike, have announced a partnership aimed at helping organizations secure their data in the cloud and prevent data breaches.
The partnership includes integrating Box’s secure content management and collaboration capabilities with CrowdStrike’s AI-powered security platform, Falcon.
The integration will enable security and IT teams to detect malicious files, ransomware, and suspicious activity, as well as configure security policies within Box’s administrative console.
Box will leverage CrowdStrike’s Zero Trust Assessment technology to extend protection across the cloud-to-endpoint-to-application estate.
The partnership will also offer cybersecurity solutions for smaller organizations.
The integration is expected to be available by the end of the year, with specific pricing and packaging to be announced later.
