Cyber security roll-up Bastion rolls up threat intelligence specialist Cassini>

Bastion Security Group, a newly formed cyber security specialist, has acquired Cassini, a cyber threat intelligence company based in Wellington.
Bastion, created through a merger funded by Quadrant Private Equity, now includes the companies Quantum Security, ZX Security, Helix Security, and Cassini.
The acquisition of Cassini is seen as a perfect complement to Bastion’s services.
With the expertise of all four businesses combined, Bastion aims to achieve further growth and expansion into new service offerings and geographies.
Cassini’s cyber threat intelligence service enhances an organization’s defenses by blocking malicious traffic, disrupting malicious activity, and providing consulting services for cyber security design and architecture.
The acquisition enables Cassini to leverage the resources of the Bastion group to enhance its services.
The deal is expected to be completed this month, and further organic and acquisitive growth is anticipated for Bastion.
