Acronis has introduced its MSP Academy, a new educational program designed to equip managed service providers with the necessary business and technological expertise to thrive and expand.
This initiative builds on Acronis’ decade-long history of providing training through Acronis Academy, which has helped partners significantly increase revenue and reduce support incidents.
The MSP Academy addresses the challenges MSPs encounter, offering courses on various aspects of MSP operations, from starting and running a business to marketing and improving technician productivity.
The curriculum includes short, focused modules and provides a certification with a Credly badge upon completion.
Acronis plans to further support MSPs with hybrid boot camps and new training options in multiple languages.
