Dataprise, an IT managed service and security company founded in 1995 and part of Trinity Hunt Partners’ portfolio, has acquired PEI, a Colorado-based IT services provider, to expand into the Colorado market and enhance its Microsoft expertise.
Dataprise offers a range of services including cybersecurity, DRaaS, managed infrastructure, cloud solutions, and end-user services.
The acquisition of PEI, known for its long-standing client relationships and IT service operations, aligns with Dataprise’s goal of expanding its national footprint and offering enterprise-grade technology solutions with a personal touch.
PEI’s inclusion is expected to benefit its clients and employees by providing access to Dataprise’s broader managed services portfolio.
