Pax8 Names Robb Reck Chief Trust and Security Officer

Pax8, a prominent cloud commerce marketplace, has appointed Robb Reck as its Chief Trust and Security Officer (CTSO).
In this capacity, Reck will focus on bolstering security measures at the Pax8 Marketplace to sustain the trust of managed service providers (MSPs), vendors, and customers.
Reporting to Scott Chasin, Pax8’s Chief Technology Officer, Reck’s extensive 25 years of experience in the IT domain, particularly in security operations within financial services, banking, and software sectors, positions him to lead the development and implementation of robust security strategies.
Prior to joining Pax8, Reck served as Chief Trust Officer at Red Canary, a leading managed detection and response (MDR) provider, and previously held the role of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Ping Identity from its venture capital period through its Initial Public Offering (IPO).
Notably, Reck also co-founded Colorado = Security, a community catering to over 2500 information security professionals in Colorado.
Reck expressed enthusiasm about the opportunity to positively impact the MSP industry and contribute to fostering a more trustworthy environment for customers, emphasizing his commitment to enhancing security practices globally.
