Kaspersky has announced new updates to its Industrial CyberSecurity (KICS) offering, aimed at addressing the increasing number of attacks on operational technology (OT) infrastructure.
The updates include centralized compliance audit functions, deeper integration of KICS components, extended detection and response (XDR) capabilities, and network traffic analysis (NTA).
The platform is designed to protect OT and critical infrastructure equipment and networks from cyber threats.
The enhanced KICS for Nodes can now be used as an endpoint sensor for KICS for Networks, providing improved visibility and quicker response to suspicious actions.
The platform also offers automated centralized security audits for software vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and compliance, as well as advanced NTA for better incident investigation.
Kaspersky aims to provide a comprehensive and converged IT and OT cybersecurity solution to industrial enterprises through its ecosystem of products.
