The manufacturing sector is targeted the most, followed by education, with manufacturing experiencing an average of 6,000 IoT malware attacks per week.
The report stresses the importance of adopting a zero trust architecture to mitigate IoT security risks and recommends keeping IoT devices up to date to minimize vulnerabilities.
