Arqit Quantum and Carahsoft Technology have partnered to make Arqit’s quantum-safe encryption platform available to U.S. public sector organizations.
Arqit’s symmetric key agreement platform hardens networks against current and future cyber threats from quantum computers.
The partnership allows Carahsoft, as Arqit’s master government aggregator, to provide Arqit’s products through various government contracts vehicles including SEWP V, ITES-SW2, NASPO ValuePoint, and E&I Cooperative Services.
Arqit’s platform enables customers to simply move from public-key infrastructure vulnerable to quantum attacks to a symmetric key approach designed for the cloud and IoT devices.
It generates computationally secure keys to encrypt data safe from cracking by future quantum machines.
The agreement helps government agencies obtain cutting-edge encryption to meet enhanced security regulations and counter “store-now, decrypt-later” quantum threats.
Carahsoft will work with its channel partners and Arqit to deliver advanced cryptographic capabilities that ensure the resilience of critical systems.
