AuditBoard, a connected risk platform provider, has announced three key leadership appointments to support the company’s rapid growth and expansion:
1) Jeff Harper has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to help scale the organization, attract and retain talent, and maintain AuditBoard’s company culture
Harper brings over 25 years of experience from high-growth companies across various industries, including HashiCorp, MINDBODY, and Capital One.
2) Anthony Plachy has been promoted to General Counsel, overseeing all legal matters for AuditBoard and providing strategic legal advice to the executive team and board of directors
Plachy previously served as VP, Legal, and Data Protection Officer at AuditBoard and has held various in-house roles at companies such as Workday, Adobe, and eBay.
3) Richard Marcus has been appointed as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), leading IT security functions for product, infrastructure, and corporate, as well as AuditBoard’s internal risk and compliance initiatives
Marcus previously served as VP of Information Security at AuditBoard and has led global GRC at Verizon Media and Security Operations at EdgeCast Networks
The appointments come as AuditBoard experiences significant demand for its connected risk platform and solutions, with the company surpassing $200 million in annual recurring revenue last year
These newly created roles aim to support the company’s continued growth, drive operational excellence, and sustain its unique company culture as the business expands globally.
