Trace3 Acquires Lasalle Solutions Expanding Footprint And Creating New Unit>

Trace3 announced the acquisition of Lasalle Solutions to grow its national footprint and accelerate its solutions portfolio to more clients as it creates a new business unit focused on lifecycle management.

LaSalleâs infrastructure lifecycle management platform (LAMP) is recognized as an industry- leading asset management tool designed to assist clients in optimizing the management of their IT environment.

Lasalle Solutions, which is headquartered in Rosemont, Ill. and is listed on CRNâs 2021 Tech Elite 250 list, will bring along about 110 employees when the acquisition is finalized in April. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
