JFrog’s New Partner Program Flattens the Pyramid>

Kelly Hartman, Senior Vice President of Global Channels and Alliances at JFrog, introduced a new partner program that diverges from the traditional tier-based approach.
Instead of requiring partners to climb a pyramid to reach higher levels, JFrog’s program focuses on making engagement easier and aligning sales and solution engineering teams with partners on customer opportunities.
Hartman based this program on the understanding that software drives everything in today’s world and partners shouldn’t have to invest heavily upfront without seeing any payoff.
The new partner program offers incentives, dedicated programs for different sales motions, partner managers from the start, sales and technical enablement, marketing kits, and access to a resource library.
It aims to ease customer adoption of JFrog solutions through third parties and create new revenue streams for both JFrog and its partners.
The program assigns a partner manager to each partner from the beginning, regardless of their level.
