Chertoff Group Arm to Buy Trustwave from Singtel for $205M>

The Chertoff Group, a global security and technology strategies and investment firm, announced today that its CXO Partners Fund plans to acquire Trustwave from Singapore Telecommunications Limited.
The transaction is valued at $205 million, which includes cash and assumed liabilities.
Founded in 1995, Trustwave is a Chicago-based provider of managed security services and compliance solutions for securing data, applications, and networks.
