Thank you for the opportunity to speak with you about my role as the CTO for Sophos APJ.
At Sophos, we have a long-standing commitment to innovation and security, and I’m proud to be a part of an amazing team helping to secure our customers in the Asia Pacific Region.
At Sophos, our mission is to provide the best cyber security solutions for our customers.
My role involves helping to lead our security strategy and vision for the APJ region.
I help coordinate and support the implementation of our end-point solutions, including Endpoint Security, Web Security, Email Security, Wireless Security, Network Security, Mobile Security, and Data Security.
My team works with Regional Sales Directors to help guide customers as they plan and implement security strategies that best suit their environment.
I spend a great deal of my time investing in my team and developing industry-leading security solutions that are tailored to our customer’s specific requirements.
My background includes over twenty years of security experience and I’m a firm believer that security is about people, process, and technology.
Keeping up with the industry trends and ensuring I’m always aware of the latest optical threats is something I’m actively engaged in.
In the APJ region, the landscape is very diverse and requires a different approach.
I’m focused on evangelizing security awareness and make sure our customers are kept up to date on the latest trends and threats.
I’m also continually exploring ways to expand our security portfolio and partner ecosystem in the region.
We work very closely with customers and industry partners to understand their security needs and offer the best-in-class solutions to protect their businesses.
Innovation and collaboration is key to ensuring our customers can build the best security solutions to address their individual needs.
We understand that security isn’t just a technology problem, but also a people and process challenge.
That’s why we focus on security from the people and process perspective first, and then layer on technology to ensure efficiency and effective protection.
