FS-ISAC Announces UK Strategic Subsidiary Board>

FS-ISAC, a not-for-profit organization focused on cybersecurity and resilience in the financial system, has announced the formation of its UK Strategic Subsidiary Board.
The board aims to strengthen the operational resilience of the financial sector in the UK by enhancing intelligence sharing, incident response coordination, and collaboration between financial firms.
Burim Bivolaku, Business Information Security Officer at Intercontinental Exchange, will serve as the board’s Chair.
The board will also deepen FS-ISAC’s partnerships with the public and private sectors to raise awareness of and build resilience against evolving cyber risks.
Additionally, the board will focus on expanding FS-ISAC’s work with global software infrastructure, such as cloud service providers, to counteract rising risks in the financial industry’s supply chain.
The formation of the UK board reflects the organization’s commitment to local support, intelligence networks, and regional communities of technology and risk leaders.
