Mitsubishi Electric and TXOne Networks have signed a long-term cooperation agreement to expand their operational-technology (OT) security businesses.
The collaboration aims to address the increasing cyber threats targeting manufacturing sites due to the convergence of operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) as a result of IoT and digital transformation (DX).
The companies intend to create new value in OT security by merging Mitsubishi Electric’s services, control equipment, and systems with TXOne’s OT security products.
