Egress, a provider of adaptive cloud email security, has partnered with Netskope, a Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) leader, to enhance behavioral-based threat detection and response.
The partnership allows Egress to integrate Netskope’s AI/ML-derived User Confidence Index (UCI) into its Human Risk Management solution.
Netskope’s UCI analyzes user behavior across cloud platforms/apps to detect anomalies indicating insider threats, compromised accounts, data exfiltration, etc.
Egress will combine the UCI risk score with its own threat intelligence to generate holistic human risk scores for each user.
This enables automated, personalized email security controls based on real-time human risk telemetry through Egress’ adaptive security architecture.
Key benefits include centralized threat intelligence, improved detection of suspicious user activity, and dynamic real-time policy adjustments per user risk.
The integration aims to provide unprecedented visibility into human risk and automated defenses against advanced email threats tailored to each employee.
