1) Traditionally, 85% of emails reported to abuse mailboxes are false positives, leading to significant time drain for security analysts.
2) Egress Defend’s AI automates inspection of user-reported phishing emails and instantly remediates attacks across the enterprise, providing rapid defense against polymorphic attacks.
3) The Egress Security Center offers a centralized threat intelligence feed, enabling analysts to quickly understand risk and prioritize resource allocation.
4) Analysts maintain full control with complete visibility over user reporting and automated investigations, as well as the ability to manually investigate and remediate emails.
5) Emails can be reported via various mechanisms, including the Defend Email Summary page, the Egress Message Reporting web add-in for Microsoft Outlook, and third-party tools.
6) The Abuse Mailbox Automation feature is available immediately to all existing Egress Defend customers globally
