Cisco’s Acacia deal clears HSR expiration>

Acacia Communications (ACIA +0.3%) has gotten to expiration of the Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period for its acquisition by Cisco Systems (CSCO +0.2%). That clears one of the closing conditions for the deal. It’s also received a regulatory clearance from Austria; it still needs antitrust OKs in Germany and China. The companies expect the deal to close in the second half of Cisco’s fiscal 2020
