Incident response platform provider PagerDuty files for IPO>

Incident response startup PagerDuty Inc. has just filed confidentially for an initial public offering, according to a report late today in Bloomberg. What isnât clear is when PagerDuty plans to launch its offering, since the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has been left in limbo by the ongoing government shutdown and is therefore unable to provide feedback on the filing right now.
