SecureWorks announced that it will transition to a partner-only business model in Europe, effective in 2021. The move is reportedly part of SecureWorks’ strategy to provide greater flexibility and access to the latest enterprise security solutions. The partner-centric approach is designed to enable customers to access a wide range of solutions and services from leading cloud-native security providers, allowing them to maintain their digital transformation capabilities in a safe and secure environment. The company will leverage its relationship with its partners to provide customers with expertise, insight, and agility. In addition, SecureWorks will focus on reducing complexity and delivering the right solutions for each customer’s unique environment, including the use of cutting-edge technologies. SecureWorks currently has six platform providers with over 50 additional partners in its ecosystem, such as CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Symantec, McAfee, and AWS. These partnerships will give customers access to a wide range of solutions and services, enabling users to protect their data, applications, and networks against threats in a more seamless and agile scenario. The company will also continue to focus on its Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP), which enables customers to quickly deploy and manage security solutions from multiple providers. This platform helps customers detect and respond.
