CISOs (Chief Information Security Officers) are investing heavily in order to protect organizations from the many threats to their cybersecurity. The primary investments are aimed at reducing the likelihood of a successful attack, as well as the impact of any successful attack in order to protect an organization’s digital assets, data, and systems. It includes user authentication, authorization, privileges, and data encryption to restrict access to restricted data and resources. 2. Endpoint Protection — This is a combination of solutions which defend workstations, notebooks, tablets, and mobile devices from malicious activity. It uses automated processes, security policy enforcement, sandboxing technologies, antivirus programs, and other measures to detect possible and eliminate the spread of intrusions. 3. Threat Intelligence — CISOs are investing in intelligence platforms that provide intelligence on current threats and malicious activity on the web. This helps to identify malicious activity early and respond quickly. 4.
