Ekco acquires UK managed services provider Bluecube>

Dublin-based managed cloud and security services company, Ekco, has acquired Bluecube, a UK-based cybersecurity and IT services firm.
This move represents Ekco’s most significant acquisition to date and its fourth within a year.
The acquisition significantly expands Ekco’s operations in the UK, effectively doubling them, and boosts the group’s revenue to over EUR 150 million.
Additionally, Bluecube’s 24/7 security operations center located in Milton Keynes will allow Ekco to offer specialized IT security services to its UK clientele.
